You should book your standard booking with a minimum of 14-21 days’ notice. If you want a confirmed booking during peak hours- May to September, consider booking in advance. Though we manage the last minute booking, in this case you have to get in touch with our team members for availability.
Yes, when we give you a quote for what we will charge you for the use of our minibus, that quote includes the vehicle, the driver, the fuel, and what we would normally provide insurance coverage for under those circumstances. There may be some extra costs, such as parking fees to some venues or additional waiting time after the agreed-upon waiting period, but all of those things will be discussed and agreed upon before you book your vehicle.
Consider you have a booking from airport to final destination, in this case we will track the flight status and adjust the pickup accordingly.
Absolutely! We do understand it. While travelling stops for restroom breaks, photos, additional midway drop off can occur. If possible while booking the journey share the information about the stops, so that it will be easier for us to reflect it accordingly.
